The Ombudsman Association’s Conference was delivered online to attendees throughout the globe via our virtual event platform.
We streamed plenary sessions and workshops via an online broadcast studio and used our popular Host Pop Up feature to enable to the CEO of the Ombudsman Association to appear in a small window on the portal throughout the day to deliver housekeeping notes and to refer to previous or upcoming sessions.
Networking was successfully included through regular coffee roulette sessions; these were short networking sessions where attendees were randomly grouped together for an informal chat during a refreshment break.
