Diversity in the workplace

We thoroughly enjoyed delivering an online conference last week for our client the Ombudsman Association. Themed ‘Strength through diversity’, the conference included online workshops about improving and harnessing diversity, supporting staff in and outside the office, transitioning to blended working as well as how we can ensure diverse recruitment and report diversity demographics.

It was great to see many attendees put questions forward to the speakers via the event portal and as always, it was lovely to read positive feedback throughout the event such as ‘thank you for a great conference’ and ‘great to listen in and I love the format’.
