CLIA UK & Ireland’s Cruise Conference first took place at the Cruise Terminal in Dover in 2007, and has since gone from strength to strength.
A combination of conference sessions, entertainment surprises, prizes galore, product showcases, social events and ship visits, the event now takes place in Southampton (and Portsmouth) and has grown year on year to become the largest industry wide event for travel agents in the UK.
In 2022, the Conference took place over three consecutive days onboard three different ships – MSC Cruises’ Virtuosa, P&O Cruises’ Iona and Royal Caribbean Cruises’ Anthem of the Seas, with a middle night Gala Dinner which took place on land, at the Southampton Guildhall.
CLIA’s in-house event team designs and manages the Cruise Conference, with Dellar Davies adding all the production bells and whistles as well as taking care of attendee logistics.
We have worked closely with Dellar Davies since we launched our first major event in the UK back in 2007. Elaine and her team have complete commitment to supporting my team, on delivering excellence, on exceeding expectations and in calmly and efficiently delivering every stage of the event.
