Last week we were in Southampton for the CLIA Cruise Conference 2023, where we were responsible for overseeing the technical production of the conference sessions as well as managing the registration, accommodation and transport logistics for over 600 attendees.

The first set of conference sessions took place onboard Celebrity Silhouette. Themed #CruiseHeroes, the conference was opened by superheroes Andy Harper and Lucy Huxley, who arrived onstage donning Batman-style costumes. The sessions included inspirational guest speaker and Paralympian, Ade Adepitan; cruise industry leaders, Lisa Lutoff-Perlo and Barbara Muckermann; some very fast talking from more cruise leaders ‘In the Hotseat’; prizes galore in CLIA’s fantastic Cruise Takeaway and some wonderful surprise messages for outgoing Celebrity Vice President & Managing Director, EMEA, Jo Rzymowska.

Our thanks to the CLIA UK team for trusting us to support them with this super-heroic event and the team at Celebrity Cruises and the onboard production team, for making our work onboard a success.
