We did it!

ABTA did it. Morocco did it. Delegates did it. And WE did it!
After the long three year wait, we finally made it to Marrakech where we managed and produced ABTA’s 2022 overseas Convention.
By all accounts, from social media and anecdotal feedback, it was a huge success. Our thanks to everyone who attended the event, supported as a sponsor and worked closely with us both here in the UK as well as in the destination. There was a fantastic level of collaboration and that makes the difference between a good and great event.
I’m always reminded at the end of a Travel Convention that Dellar Davies is so much more than an event management agency. Working closely with ABTA we’re responsible for the content research and development; speaker briefing and management; technical production; screen media creation; scripting; event marketing; event management; sponsorship sales; sponsorship delivery; design and artwork; delegate registration; accommodation bookings and all the little things in between that one can’t pin down to a particular service. As such, it’s year-round project for us and one that we are extremely proud to deliver.
Next year will be ABTA’s 70th Convention! We are already working towards making the 2023 Travel Convention in Bodrum one to remember and look forward to the travel industry meeting in Türkiye for this special event.
