First Connections

Today we were at etc.venues County Hall, a venue overlooking the River Thames, for FirstGroup’s first alumni event – First connections. We were responsible for the technical production, venue liaison, registration and event management.

The day brought together senior leaders from across the FirstGroup business as well as participants from the Step, Reach, and Senior Women’s Development programmes, which specifically cater to the professional growth of women and ethnically diverse employees.

The conference included presentations from guest speakers, a panel discussion and interactive activities to encourage networking. Attendees were treated to a celebratory Afternoon Tea and had the opportunity to get a professional headshot; provide feedback in a video booth, and many featured in the event highlights VT, which closed the event.  

It was a pleasure to work with FirstGroup for the first time, to contribute to the success of this uplifting and positive event.
