A Conference in Doha

We organised and staged the ITT Conference in Doha, Qatar for our client the Institute of Travel & Tourism. We were responsible for the event management, delegate management, event marketing, destination liaison, speaker management and technical production of the three-day event. The event included two days of conference sessions, over 30 speakers, a welcome event, Gala event as well as entertainment from the brilliant Encore Entertainment daily late-night bars and a farewell event.
 
We thoroughly enjoyed running this Conference, which took place at the spectacular new Waldorf Astoria Lusail in Doha, and to have the opportunity to experience some of the latest developments in Qatar tourism.
