Institute of Travel & Tourism

ITT is a professional membership organisation working to raise and maintain professional standards in the travel & tourism sector. It does this through professional development, support and a wide range of social networking and business events.

Dellar Davies and ITT have collaborated since 2003, when the Institute was restructured, to provide a cost-effective membership and event management solution. We manage ITT's conference, social and sporting events; Member communications; membership administration and management accounts, as well as a variety of ad-hoc functions.

Brand Identity

Dellar Davies recently created a new brand identity for ITT to give the Institute a fresher, friendlier image to reflect the organisation's core values. ITT publications, e-blasts and event marketing materials were all re-designed to incorporate this new identity.

Association Management and Member Communications

Dellar Davies experienced association team handles all of ITT's Member communications and marketing activities.

Responsibilities include: Member liaison, Member acquisiation, copywriting and producing ITT's newsletters, e-blasts and website.

edITTion and tuITTion

Dellar Davies produces two electronic newsletters aimed at keeping ITT Members up to date with all the latest news, events and Member offers. edITTion - which was nominated in the Best B2B Industry Communication category at the British Travel Awards two years running - is aimed at all ITT Members, while tuITTion highlights ITT's work in the areas of education, training and professional development.
